They have a 'katana personnalisé' section where you can choose a bunch of parts. Tsuba, saya, sageo, all that. It's pretty cool.

I've bought from both World of Katanas and Mon Katana. I think Mon Katana's quality for the price is a bit better, especially for their Damascus steel.

Yeah they ship international. For the US, I remember it took like 2-3 weeks for mine to get to New York. California might be similar, depends on customs too.

They say 'forgé à la main' which means handmade. My understanding is they are, especially the carbon and damascus ones.

They've got both. Look for the 'tranchant' or 'aiguisé' ones, those are the real deal for cutting. Some are just for display too, so read the description carefully.
